	Elizabeth Lehman Event Coordinator Since graduating from Marietta College with a B.A. in Organizational Communications, Elizabeth has been serving as an Event Coordinator at Tall Timbers.
Caleb	Caleb Long Sous Chef, Culinary Food Service Program An employee at Tall Timbers of 6 years, Caleb is currently studying the Culinary Arts as part of the accredited program of CSCC.
Lou	Lou Peskay Executive Chef, Company Founder 1996 Chef Lou Peskay is experienced with on and off premise catering. Formerly employed by Muirfield Village Golf Club and the Marriott Corporation, he has worked in the food service industry since 1974..
