Meet the new Owner/Executive Chef of Tall Timbers, Douglas Miller! He is a member of the American Culinary Federation. With a career that spans 30 years in the food and beverage industry, Chef Doug has worked in fine dining venues such as Jefferson CC, Winding Hollow CC and The Worthington Inn. With experience and talent, Chef Doug will be happy to meet with you to create a customized menu for your special day.
